Revised Manual Format

We have been developing a new format for our manuals, and are in the process of creating and updating manuals for all of the machines being manufactured.
There are several changes being made, including: smaller size, 3 separate manuals (safety, operation, and service), generic style & format, and consolidated models.
SMALLER SIZE
The new manuals will be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper folded in half for a finished size of 5.5" x 8.5"
3 SEPARATE MANUALS
- Safety Manual
- Covers all products including Cleaning and Heating Systems, Trailers, Detergents, and general safety topics.
- Operation Manual
- Includes general instructions for installation, operation, basic machine maintenance & schedule, and cleaner troubleshooting.
- Service Manual
- Provides detailed maintenance instruction and troubleshooting for pump, burner, and heater; includes breakdowns and assemblies for machine components as well as electrical schematics.
GENERIC STYLE & FORMAT
The great majority of our new manuals will be as generic as possible to ensure efficiency with updating content in the manuals as updates and changes/additions are made in the future.
CONSOLIDATED MODELS
When feasible we will be combining several models into one service manual.
We are introducing these changes with the intention of providing a set of quality manuals to the people who operate and service our products. Our hope is that the new structure and format of the manuals will make them even more helpful and easy to use.
